Nichole Dawkins graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A in psychology. She then graduated from Capella University with her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on developmental disabilities and acquired disabilities. Dawkins has spent her professional years working with disenfranchised and at-risk youth, families and those diagnosed with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities. She has 20 years of experience as a professional Support Coordinator and Consumer Directed Care Plus Consultant. Nichole also has over 15 years of community service experience working within the surrounding Central Florida cities. Nichole’s emphasis is in mental health counseling with a focus on the needs of caregivers.

Natasha is a dedicated mental health professional with a passion for supporting individuals with unique abilities and their families. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a certificate in Women’s Studies from Florida International University in 2008 and completed her Master of Science in Counseling at Capella University with a 4.0 GPA. Since 2010, Natasha has worked in education and social work, gaining extensive experience with diverse populations. In 2023, she shifted her focus to addressing the mental health needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, understanding the importance of caring for the whole person, not just their diagnosis. Natasha is committed to providing compassionate, holistic support to foster growth and healing for all her clients.

Fredericka Wilfong is a Human Resource Officer at Cornerstone Supports and Consulting, with length of experience helping individuals and families within the community with diversity of problems for over 30 years. Fredericka has had a diverse employment history within the social services field such as: an Administrator at Covenant House, Trainer and Lead Counselor with Youth Villages (providing crisis response with law enforcement), Counseling for OCPS, Mental Health Counselor at Department of Juvenile Justice Facility and House Manager at Harbor House. Fredericka uses that experience and her education to provide the most important aspects of her job. Fredericka holds a Master of Divinity with a Marriage and Family Therapy concentration. Fredericka believes that impacting one part of the whole, will indirectly impact the whole.
